EAP Malaysia is the leader of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they fulfill weekly with their Senior Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Elder Guidance meetings for the kids on their caseload.

Furthermore, WEAP's released research in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the kids who took part in the extensive behavioural therapy had the ability to catch up and participate successfully in common college.

Each child at EAP is designated a team of therapists that are managed by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year.
