EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill regular with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly if not regular monthly Senior Guidance conferences for the youngsters on their caseload.

The factor for the several degrees of supervision is that the autism spectrum is very vast and the variety each youngster has in regards to strengths, difficulties and age requires a high level of experience.

Each kid at EAP is designated a team of specialists that are overseen by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to preserve first-rate high quality ABA treatment as we continue to have our moms and dad business WEAP monitor our children twice a year.
