EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin Early autism rate in malaysia Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then register in EAP's 6 month Manager training containing over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week period after which they meet regular with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not monthly Elder Supervision meetings for the kids on their caseload.

Additionally, WEAP's released research study in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the youngsters who joined the extensive behavioural treatment were able to capture up and participate efficiently in normal college.

Each child at EAP is assigned a group of therapists who are monitored by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews twice a year. EAP remains to maintain world-class top quality ABA treatment as we continue to have our parent company WEAP manage our kids two times a year.
