EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week period after which they meet regular with their Elderly Supervisor, and have bimonthly if not month-to-month Elder Guidance conferences for the kids on their caseload.

Furthermore, WEAP's released research in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the youngsters that participated in the intensive behavioral therapy were able to catch up and get involved effectively in normal institution.

Each child at EAP is designated a group of specialists who what services are available for my autistic child overseen by a Manager on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progress Reviews two times a year. EAP remains to keep first-rate high quality ABA therapy as we remain to have our parent business WEAP manage our kids two times a year.

Dr. Glen Sallows participated in the pioneering study with Dr. Ivar Lovaas and has brought this world-class treatment to hundreds of people with autism in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Malaysia over the last 2 decades. Play Skills are essential to a youngster's development.
